The technician was fast, professional, and explained exactly what was wrong with my AC, including the noises its been making. He also recommended that I replace the unit soon since, based on his knowledge, its in its last stretch. Overall, great service and honest guidance.

Air Pro was recommended by a friend, and I called other places to compare prices for a service plans for my home's two systems. Air Pro was the most affordable, $100 cheaper than another HVAC company. Bradley was friendly, thorough, unrushed, respectful of my property, and took time to listen to my concerns when he arrived and explained my options when he was done with the service. One system's coils are very corroded, which he advised could be replaced (after first doing a leak test to confirm that is the source of the refrigerant leak), or the entire 15 year old unit can be replaced. He kindly explained the pros and cons of both, which I really appreciated. I haven't decided which solution I will go with next, but I am very pleased with the service, cost and value of Air Pro today.

I called AirPro when our AC went out in the middle of July. They were the only company available to come out same-day, and were recommended to me by another AC company who wasn't able to come out as quickly. The first tech (who arrived within hours), was quick, communicative, and helpful. As our system was 21 years old, we knew it needed to be replaced. He made a call, and another gentleman was out within two more hours to give us a free estimate. After his assessment, Larry sat down to give me a thorough explanation of my options. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into any decision. In addition, AirPro offered to set me up with whatever window AC units they currently had available - at no extra charge! They quickly scheduled our installation for just three business days out, and as promised, had our window units installed the same morning that I approved the proposal. The installation itself was a breeze - professional and quick. AirPro made every step of what could have been a much more stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend them and have already been recommending them to friends all over town.

Two weeks ago our AC started to fail us. We called AIR PRO to come out and service our system. The guys came out, checked everything out and told us that we had a leak somewhere. We could pay xxxx to have it fixed but the warranty on the system had expired and this fix wouldnt guarantee anything. He recommended we try to refill the system but didnt guarantee anything. A week later the Freon had completely leaked out and it was above 90 degrees inside again. We called them again so they could come give us an estimate on a whole new system. The told us that we could keep our old zoning unit as it seemed to be working properly and that would save us 3k. The team came out three days later, spent all day in our 100 degree attic and installed the whole system. It was working! The next morning it was 78 degrees outside and 82 degrees inside my house , plus the old unit was still in my front yard. I called Air pro first thing in the morning, the customer service rep put me on hold and then sent me straight to the owner He apologized and said that he would have someone put as soon as we were available. Well, he didnt send someone out, he showed up himself. The owner was in my 100 degree attic troubleshooting my system as the old ac unit was being removed from my front yard. Apparently the original zoning unit was installed and wire up backwards 10 years ago this may be why it has never sufficiently cooled in the summers. This was his opportunity to hit us with another 3k bill for a new unit right? Nope! He called the original manufacturer, figured out the issue and rewired everything in order to make everything work properly. He saved us 3k, was efficient and courteous and now my house is comfortable again. Thank you guys!

Jesse's work at my home demonstrated his expertise in furnace replacement. He was on time, disassembled the old furnace fast, and installed the new one precisely. During the process, Jesse's professionalism and meticulousness were exceptional. He assured us of the new system's capabilities by carefully outlining its features and how it works.
